Meet the Team
Jill Skaggs and Jeff Keeny
Jill Skaggs is the owner of Paul Davis Emergency Services with her husband Jeff Keeny. Together they bring business experience and project management skills to the company through their education and work history. Jill worked as a professional in restaurant management and operations and also in real estate project management. Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Jeff Keeny served as a national customer service and sales professional for electrical contractors and power tool brands. He was also responsible for overseeing government contracts, sales proposals and quality control in these industries. Keeny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Keeny received a Management Training Certificate from the Center of Management Development at Wichita State University in Wichita.
